Probate Records
If you need information on probate records prior to 1980, please notify the County Court office in advance of your arrival, if possible, so the archives could be searched and records pulled for your review.
The County Court office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, and can be reached by calling (402) 375-1622 or via email.
